JOANNE, PASTRY CHEF.

Joanne was born and raised in New York. She fell in love with the art of cake decorating at an early age through various decorating shows. Joanne attended Le Cordon Bleu, where she attained a degree in Patisserie & Baking in 2012. After graduating with honors, she went on to train at a few well known bakeries before she made the decision to give life to a business of her own. Entremets was birthed with the idea of fusing together Joanne’s Caribbean culture and her training in French cuisine.
